“Fetuses Can’t Scream…”

Maybe I’ll get backlash for writing this, maybe I won’t. I’m sixteen and I don’t care. I have the right to say this…

In case you didn’t know who Leah Torres is.

Leah Torres is an abortionist who has very outgoingly told of her views and beliefs on what she does.

Leah Torres worked for Planned Parenthood and has been known for some of her rather infamous tweets.

(Screenshot of tweet which was later deleted.)

Recently, Leah has been banned from practicing her medical degree in Alabama, for as the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners stated:

… [Y]ou have committed unprofessional conduct as defined in the rules promulgated by the Medical Licensure Commission; specifically, you have made public statements related to the practice of medicine which violate the high standards of honesty, diligence, prudence, and ethical integrity demanded from physicians licensed to practice in Alabama…

And Leah was ordered to “immediately CEASE and DESIST from the practice of medicine in the State of Alabama.”

But I didn’t just want to go with what the media was telling me. I wanted to dig deeper.

So, I went to Leah Torres’s website. And I decided I’d read some of what she had written, there. On one of her posts entitled, “Abortions Save Lives” she says:

Abortions have saved the lives of many women I have had the privilege of caring for. If a woman has to choose between having an abortion and the financial burden of having another child, risking becoming unemployed, homeless or not being able to provide for herself or the family she has, then the abortion is life-saving……..

“…..As long as humans have been having sex, humans have been performing abortions. It is one of the treatments for a diagnosis of undesired fertility and an essential part of reproductive health care. Keep it legal. Keep it safe.”

So.

Leah Torres believes that any woman has the right to an abortion, pretty much, on the right of anything she chooses. She also states that she believes not wanting to be pregnant, is an actual “medical reason”.

I won’t rant on why I think this is wrong. I have laid the evidence out, plain for you to see for yourself. If you can’t see wrongdoing in any of this, then may God help you, my friend.

I will say, however. I am praying for Leah Torres. And I beg of you, to pray for her, with me.

This woman needs Jesus.

Carpe Diem.
